Isabelle Garrigue, Yoga teacher, ENPY graduate, Isabelle has been teaching Yoga for 10 years, in its Center Hatha Yoga in Sarlat (24). 


Isabelle offers Yoga classes through Zoom, at the price of 15€ per session of 1h15, please confirm your presence 24 hours before in order to provide you with the connection codes. Connection 10 minutes before the start of the course.
