Cottage of about 50m2, bright fully equipped, with a beautiful terrace of about 20m2 equipped with a barbecue, of a summer lounge, a table and two outdoor chairs and 2 deck chairs.
The cottage is composed of an air-conditioned living room / kitchen with convertible sofa, flat screen TV and free WIFI.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, of a hood, of a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, of a capsule coffee machine, coffee maker and kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots and pans ), dishes and cutlery, home care kit : (cell, pepper, café).
Description
The bedroom is air conditioned with a large double bed 160, with a wardrobe with hangers, a superb bathroom with a shower, a large sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
We provide you with towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, welcome kit : (Savo, toilet paper).
The lodgings are equipped with a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector, an independent hanging toilet and a large storage cupboard (Iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit.
On request optional we offer a cot.
You can walk on the Estate, enjoy the shared swimming pool 3 cottages, private and secure parking with automatic gate and secure storage for your bikes.
