Our field is composed of 3 privatized lodgings, about 50m2 each, bright and fully equipped, can accommodate up to 12 persons.
Each cottage has a beautiful private terrace of around 20m2, of a plancha, of a summer lounge, a table and two outdoor chairs and 2 deck chairs. In each of them you will find an air-conditioned living room / kitchen with sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a free WIFI 6E fiber connection. The 3 Gîtes are located in the South of France, close to the sea, at the foot of the Albères mountains.
So in the 3 privatized lodgings, the individual kitchens are equipped with an oven, an induction hob, of a hood, of a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, of a capsule coffee machine, coffee maker and kettle, basic kitchen utensils (pots and pans ), dishes and cutlery, home care kit : (cell, pepper, café).
All rooms are air conditioned with a large double bed 160, with a wardrobe with hangers, a superb bathroom with a shower, a large sink, hair dryer and washing machine.
We provide you with towels, sheets, pillows, comforters, welcome kit : (Savo, toilet paper).
The 3 private lodgings are equipped with a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector, an independent hanging toilet and a large storage cupboard (Iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit.
On request optional we offer a cot.
You can walk on the Estate, took advantage of the communal swimming pool 3 cottages, private parking secured by an automatic gate and secure storage for your bicycles.

First a deposit of 40% you will be asked when booking and the balance 15 days before. We accept holiday vouchers.
A deposit of €2400 by check or by Swikly or bank imprint on your non-cashable payment is requested when the keys are handed over and returned at the exit.
Cancellation 100% refunded – 3% bank charges : 15 days before.
Cancellation 50% refunded – 3% bank charges : 7 days before.
Animals are accepted.
Cleaning costs 150€ to guarantee you a complete disinfection of your gîte.
