Near : Prades and Villefranche-de-Conflent

Only 10 minutes drive from Eus, the town of Prades is also worth a visit. You can discover the Garnet Manufacture there., one of a kind, which promotes this emblematic stone of the Catalan Country. The Catalan pomegranate, became the Joyaux Catalan brand, testifies to traditional know-how still alive.

A little further, Villefranche-de-Conflent impresses with its fortifications. This medieval city, also transformed by Vauban, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its ramparts, its alleys and fortified gates tell the military history of the territory.
